Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers Stanley Morgan and Shedrick Jackson have been elevated to the active roster ahead of their Week 10 game against the Houston Texans. The Bengals have already ruled out Tee Higgins (hamstring) but Ja'Marr Chase (back) is also questionable, so this move is interesting.
